try using a heat gun (or a hair dryer, its more accessible) and just blast the sticker for like 20 seconds to get the sticky layer to kinda start turning into goo again and it peels off much easier that way

also depends on the kind of surface the sticker is on lol if its plastic wrap or something then this method just makes it worse
