are you bored waiting for finobe to release? well while you wait, make some chips
requirements (some optional):
- get a cooking brush for oil (optional)
- get some olive oil (any oil works)
- potato (or two)
- a mandoline (thing that slices potatos into thin slices, for crispiness)
- cold water (refrigerate a bottle for half an hour, but optional tho highly recommended)
- a bowl
- air fryer (or oven)
- a paper towel (any amount you need)
preparing the chips:
- slice the potatoes (don't cut yourself)
- put in cold water
- wait for 10 minutes
- get a paper towel, dry the potato slices off
- get your air fryer
- coat the chips with olive oil (you can use the cooking brush, or your fingers, really anything works)
- put them in
- cook for like 15 minutes (this depends on how many slices you put in, make sure to shake them every 5 minutes)
- enjoy
time to make (rough): 25 minutes (15 if you skip the cold water step)
