They probably did up to Win7/Vista in old Finobe so it's likely the same here.

Don't expect something like A 6.0 or XP though.

For me, I might think Finobe will Supports Windows 7 and Up, or they just straight up only supports modern operating system, Who knows.

Probably just modern clients. I'm thinking now Windows 10+ and maybe 8.1/8 support.
