Can we finally do something with madstingray? He already posted many unfitting replies in Serious threads which should be a punishable offense, but he got away with it for unknown reasons.

Yeah, my apologies. I did promise to ignore him (though that started on his behalf), but he just manages to continue to be a factually disagreeable person here and I could not try again to point him onto the right direction; but I forgot about that previous scenario and that he is just a child.

I just want this place to be civilized and mature, but I suppose I ask too much from a minor-populated community. Hence, I am waiting when I can move elsewhere.
